JoinIntelliTerms of use

These terms govern use of the JoinIntelli web app, the JoinIntelli Outlook add-in, and the JoinIntelli Gmail add-on (together, the "Service"), developed and operated by Prasaanth Subbiah for recruiting teams to track offer-acceptance risk for candidates they're actively hiring. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
Accounts are created either by signing up directly (which creates a new organization and makes you its admin) or by invitation from an existing admin. There are no passwords — every sign-in is a one-time email link. You're responsible for keeping access to the email address associated with your account secure, since that's what controls sign-in.
Acceptable use
The Service is for tracking candidates you are genuinely in an active hiring process with. Connecting a mailbox you don't have the right to access, or using the Service to monitor anyone outside a legitimate recruiting relationship, is not permitted.
Credits and billing
Tracking a candidate consumes one credit from your organization's balance, spent at the moment you confirm tracking for that candidate — proposed candidates awaiting confirmation never consume a credit. New organizations receive a starter credit grant; further credits are subject to whatever billing arrangement is in place for your organization.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." Join-confidence scores are a decision-support signal generated from limited information (short email previews, not full context) and should not be treated as a certain prediction of any candidate's actual decision. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for hiring decisions made using the Service.
Termination
You can disconnect your mailbox or stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend an account for violating these terms or the acceptable use section above.
